“Yosi Nadav” is a consulting, supervision and construction company that has specialized for the last decade in the management of boutique construction projects for private housing and public buildings. The company was established by Yosi Nadav, a licensed contractor, for the purpose of providing a high quality professional service for private customers, architects, designers and other professionals who wish to avoid unnecessary costs and headache, as well as the waste of valuable time, thanks to good quality, highly durable construction.
The company specializes in customers who live abroad but build or renovate property in Israel. The project – whether it involves renovation, building or preservation – is carried out “from a distance”, while we take care of the customer’s interests with total transparency, sending him up-to-date reports on the project’s progress.

Construction
Building new private homes and public buildings, including individual private homes and privately owned multi-story buildings. The contract with “Yosi Nadav” can include the entire project (one stop shop), or only construction, consulting or supervision.
Building extensions for private houses and public buildings: adding stories, rooms, public areas, balconies etc.
Renovations
Internal renovations: renovation of private houses and public buildings, including old properties that require demolition and redesign of the property’s internal space (without touching the outer shell), and renovation of parts of the property.

Preservation of buildings
Preservation projects require special expertise and much experience. We at “Yosi Nadav” have been managing preservation projects for many years, particularly in Jerusalem, which is blessed with many such buildings.
Work on preservation projects includes: renovation of the inner space, reinforcement of the structure, taking apart and reconstructing the facade, while preserving its appearance, extensions and so on. The execution of all preservation projects comply with the building regulations and special instructions that apply to the preservation of buildings, in accordance with the building permit and urban development plans.

Consulting prior to project execution: consulting for architects, entrepreneurs and professionals regarding the implementation of the proposed plans, so that potential errors can be identified and avoided, costs can be reduced and deadlines met.
